We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on every GameSync WP Pro purchase. If it’s not right for you, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund you in full — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Email support@gamesyncwp.com with your order number or the email address you purchased with. We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days, directly through Freemius, our payment processor, back to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
- Your Pro license key is deactivated.
- You keep the free plugin/theme, which stays GPL-licensed and yours to use regardless of a refund (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 3).
Your legal rights
As an EU consumer, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than this legal minimum and applies in addition to, not instead of, any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
